Before you book
Cancellation
Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations 7–13 days out. No refund within 7 days of arrival.
Payment
50% deposit due at booking. Remaining balance due 14 days before check-in. We accept all major credit cards.
Damage deposit
$500 security deposit held at check-in and returned within 5 business days of check-out, less any damages.
House rules
Max 8 guests. Pets allowed (for an additional fee). No smoking indoors. No parties or events. Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM.
